• Open blinds & curtains - allow as much natural light as possible
• Remove shoes from the front and the back door
• Place your cars in your garage or away from the front of your home
• Mow lawns and mulch garden beds if required
• Tea towels on the oven, fridge magnets and clutter around phones should be removed
• Any appealing features - such as open fire places should be lit
• A fresh bright bunch of flowers placed stategically
• Minor repairs should be carried out - little things do count
• Hot or cold: if its warm out - have the airconditioning on and if its cool have the heater on
